On Tuesday 15, the USD to LBP saw a considerable decrease in the afternoon.
As long as the government and the central bank are not doing anything to regulate and shut down the black market applications, the currency’s fate will always be decided by them.

- At 19:45 pm, a sudden increase in the dollar price in Lebanon by 125 points.
