On the other hand, the official Lira exchange platform is still not operating. It seems that the Central Bank is still negotiating its use with commercial banks.
Moreover, the political stagnation in Lebanon is still in place. All political parties do not seem to care about the situation.
The new government formation talks look to be on stop with no indications of a solution soon.
